Parents accessing Admissions Portal
After logon, the pages will be pre-inhabited with the current year’s data, but the parent will have the option to edit, delete, and add information.
Please note, at “Step 4: Student Class Selection”. Check the boxes for the programs you're interested in.

Admissions Application Portal (School ID: 1845)
To proceed, access the Online Registration Portal below.

Below are the series of data input pages that a parent will go through for the admission online application process. The pages will be pre-inhabited with the current year’s data, but the parent will have the option to edit, delete, and add information.

- Accessing the Online Registration Portal at Logon
- Existing families will enter their regular Username and Password to proceed.
- If you forgot your password, use the "Forgot Password?" link to initiate the reset process.
- Please reach out to reg@sccca.org if you are unsure of your Username.

Step B: Access the Admissions Menu
Parents will then click on the following icon to access the Main Menu. Click on the "Admissions" to access the Admissions menu.

Step C: Enroll Student
All students currently attached to the family will show on this list, both current and non-current students. If there are students missing from this list, please reach out to reg@sccca.org to have them added. The parent will visit each option under the student's name to complete each page.

Step D: Verify Student Information
Verify the Enroll Student and click "SAVE" to continue.
* The Application Grade refers to the Chinese School's Chinese Proficiency level. You can skip this field; the school will assign it later.

Step 1: Student General Information
Review and update the Student General Information and click "CONTINUE" to move to the next screen. The "Nickname" field is used for the Chinese Name.Kindly provide the student's email address that will be used for the Google Classroom.

Step 2: Student Medical Information
This page will display allowing families to enter or update the student's medical information.

Step 3: Agreements
This page posted the school agreements. For some agreements, you may not proceed with the enrollment without agreeing to it.

Step 4: Student Class Selection
Check-mark the following “School Program” for the programs interested. A user may not be able to proceed until these options are satisfied.- E#51-WeekEND Chinese School

Step 5: Family General Information
The information entered during the Portal registration step will automatically be displayed here. Edit to update to the most current information.

Step 6: Family Contacts
Additional family contacts are added here. These can include emergency contacts, persons authorized for pickup, and other family members.Note: Require at least one non-primary Emergency Contact with Name, Relationship and Phone number.

Step 7: Family Additional Information
Please complete the Enrollment Survey and click the "CONTINUE" button in the lower right corner to continue.

Step 8: Family Medical Information
The Family Medical Information section allows you to enter the medical and dental information for the family. You can also enter the family's Insurance information and the name of the hospital the student(s) would go to in case of an emergency.

Step 9: Review
The family will be presented with a final review message. If no errors were found, please click Continue to proceed.

Step 10: Submit Application
Once the family has completed all of the items identified as required, clicking the Submit Application button to submit the application to the school for review..
