Enrollment Fees Schedule Guidelines

  • Given the limited number of available seats, enrollment is contingent upon a full-year commitment and active participation.
  • Kindly note that all fees, including the admission registration processing fee are final. No refunds or transfers will be granted for any reason, including illness or personal vacation.
  • Tuition & fees are NOT reduced or pro-rated further due to scheduled closures, absences, illness or vacation. In addition, there is NO reduction fee and makeup days for absences, illness or vacation. NO MAKE-UP CLASSES will be provided at any other time during the school year. 
  • For additional students within the same family, A $45 Sibling Discount is applied to the Student's tuition fee.
  • A $25 fee will be applied to each class change made after the first day of class, except when the change is initiated by a teacher's recommendation.

Withdrawal Terms and Conditions:

  • Kindly forward any student withdrawal requests, along with the reason for quitting, to reg@sccca.org. Withdrawals based on the policy outlined below will be handled swiftly once your request is received.
  • Enrollment is contingent upon a full-year commitment and active participation. If an early withdrawal becomes necessary due to unforeseen circumstances, you must inform the school of the cancellation of the student's final upcoming month of attendance. A withdrawal requested during the current month will take effect in the subsequent month, and the tuition fees will not be prorated, and missing attendance will be marked as Absent in the class by the teacher. The student tuition installment payment plan will be canceled for the family account. The automatic payment for installments will be deactivated in the upcoming month.

Tuition & Fees Installment Payment Plan

The school offers a convenient tuition payment plan, allowing you to avoid a large, upfront fee for the 2026-2027 School Year. Tuition is divided into monthly installments. Please note that opting to split the tuition payments into a monthly installments plan incurs no additional fees. You can make the payment instantly online by Credit Card or eCheck. There is no extra charge for online payments.

INSTALLMENT PAYMENT PLAN

The tuition & fees are divided into 10 installments. The first payment, which covers the Program Registration Fee, and the first two Installment, is due when the invoices are issued, and the last payment concludes with the final payment on April 1, 2027.

  1. 1st Payment: The Program Registration Processing Fee, and first two tuition installment are due upon issuance of the invoices. Once this fee is paid, the student's seat in the class is confirmed and guaranteed.

  2. Monthly Installment: Installment Monthly Payment schedule that repeats monthly from September to April. The payment method on file will be automatically charged for the remaining recurring monthly payment starting Sept 1st.
